(I) Realize basic functions of APP

1. Information collected after registering an account. When you register an App account, App will collect your mobile number, email, username, and password. This information is collected to help you complete your App account registration and protect your account security. If you refuse to provide this information, you may not successfully register an App account.
After you register an App account, you can provide us with your information about gender, birthday, hobby, marital status, education level, occupation, graduate school, income level, etc. This information will help us to provide you with more personalized service and recommendation, but refusal to provide this information will not affect your use of other features of this product. You can also change or supplement this information via the “APP->Account Information->Details interface”.
2. Indirectly collected information. In order to log in to your App account, you can log in to this product and other App products and services through third-party accounts such as Weibo, WeChat, Facebook, and Twitter. In order to achieve the above purposes, we may need to obtain and collect your third-party account information from third parties, such as nicknames, avatars, etc. If App conducts personal information processing activities in conduct of its business beyond the scope of your consent to third parties, we will seek your express consent before processing your personal information. We will also strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to guarantee the legality of the information they provide.
3. Account security. To ensure the security of your App account, we will record the time, IP, city, and App product name you have registered, logged in, and used with your App account for the purpose of account security testing. In addition, you can further strengthen your account security by binding mobile phone number, logging in email, etc.

(II) Location-based functions

When you register or log in through the APP, you can choose whether to allow our products to collect your GPS location information through the pop-up window. If you consent to our collection of your GPS location information, this information will only be used for account security detection based on your location and to recommend features or content that may be of interest to you. App will not use the above information for purposes other than those described above. Refusal to provide location information will only prevent you from enjoying security detections and personalized recommendations based on location information, without affecting your use of other features of this product.

(III) App permissions we need

Recording: When the application is opened to talk to the device, the data collected by the microphone needs to be sent to the device
Visit approximate location: When adding a device (such as NVR) to the application, you need to turn on the location information to obtain the WiFi information of the current mobile phone connection
Camera: When adding a device (such as NVR) to the application, you can scan the QR code to add a new device that is connected to the Internet, and call the camera to collect data
Read, modify or delete USB storage content: When viewing camera data, the app allows the user to save screenshots in the phone storage, and can view the content saved by the user in the app

(IV) Improve our products and services

1. User experience improvement. When you register or log in to your App account through the App APP, we may collect the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) and Media Access Control Address (MAC) encrypted by MD5 algorithm, the advertising identifier IDFA, device model, system version number, operating system version number, system number, system ID number, screen resolution, internet access type, version number of this product, click time and frequency of a button, option values of some key configurations, software crash log, etc., used to count the number of product users, analyze the use of product, troubleshoot the cause of crash, and reduce the crash to continuously improve our products. This information does not involve your privacy information such as personal identity.
When registering or logging in to an App account through a PC product provided, we may collect your IP address, the time and frequency of clicks on a button, the time and frequency of use of a page, and the option values for certain key configurations, crash log, error log, etc., used to count the number of product users, analyze the use of products, page upgrades, browser compatibility detection, troubleshoot causes, and reduce crashes to continuously improve our products. This information does not involve your privacy information such as personal identity.
2. Solve the problem you reflect. You can give us feedback on the problems you have encountered with this product via the “Help Center -> Other Questions” of this product. You should submit your mobile number, email or QQ number to us so that we can contact you and answer your feedback. We will analyze the problem mentioned in the previous paragraph to find out the cause and try to solve the problem. The contact information provided in your feedback will only be used for communication and feedback from our customer service. App will not provide any contact information provided by you to any third party except as expressly agreed by the user and as expressly provided by law.

(V) Security guarantee(

To improve the security of the services you use provided by us and our affiliates and partners, protect the personal and property security for you or other users or the public from being compromised, and better prevent security risks such as phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, cyber attacks, network intrusion, and more accurately identify the violation of laws and regulations or App related agreement rules, we may use or integrate your account information, device information, software usage information, and the information that our affiliates and partners obtain from you upon your authorization, or that are shared by law, for authentication, detection, and prevention of security incidents, and take necessary actions in accordance with the law such as record, audit, analysis and disposal.

(VI) Other uses

II. How do we store and protect your information

The information we collect and produce within the territory of the People’s Republic of China is stored in the People’s Republic of China.

If the affiliate company wants to change the purpose of your personal information, it will ask for your authorization and consent again.
  • 5. We will not share your personal information with third party advertisers, application developers, open platforms or other partners unless expressly authorized and consented by you. We may provide aggregated, anonymized information, or other information that does not personally identify you. For example, we might tell the application developer how many people have installed the application they developed.

IV. How do we protect your personal information

1. We encrypt and transfer identifiable personal information to ensure the confidentiality of the data. For your mobile device identifier International Mobile Device Identity (IMEI), Media Access Control Address (MAC), we will use the MD5 algorithm for anonymization and encryption on your device side, and only collect and upload the anonymized and encrypted identifier.
2. If the user has registered an App account, we may analyze the App user's login time, IP address, login number, etc., and properly manage and control the risk. If there is a suspected login operation not performed by the user, we will remind the user via SMS to avoid the App account being logged in by someone else. For the data exchange between the mobile phone you use and our client, we will transmit using self-defined encryption scheme and https double encryption to ensure the security of data transmission.
3. If WebView technology is employed for our application, we will perform URL verification on all file protocols used in WebView and restrict access to sensitive data of this application and SDCard data, avoid the malicious misappropriation of any private files and sensitive information of App products without special permission, resulting in the disclosure of your personal information.
4. We deploy an access control mechanism on the server side, follow the principle of minimum sufficiency for staff who may be exposed to your personal information, and regularly check the list of visitors and access records.
5. The server system where we store user personal information is the security reinforced operating system. We perform account auditing and monitoring of server operations. If you find that the server operating system has a security problem, App will perform a server security upgrade in the first time to ensure that all App server systems and applications are secure.
6. We regularly organize training for our staff on the laws and regulations related to personal information protection in order to enhance the awareness of personal privacy protection.
7. If unfortunately, our physical, technical or management protective measures are destroyed, we will promptly launch the emergency plan to prevent the expansion of security incidents, report to the competent national authorities in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations and in a timely manner and by reasonable and effective means such as pushes, announcements, etc., inform you of the basic situation of security incidents, the possible impact, the measures that has been taken or to be taken.

V. Your right to manage personal information

During your use of the APP, you can access to and manage your personal information in the following ways:

(I) Access to and correct your personal information

You can use APP's account information to check and correct your App account information and other information you provide, including password, gender, age, birthday, hobbies, marital status, etc.

(II) Delete your personal information

You have the right to ask App to delete your personal information when:

  • 1. We collect your personal information without your consent;
  • 2. Our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
  • 3. Our handling and use of personal information violates our agreement with you;
  • 4. You cancel App account, unload or no longer use our products (or services);
  • 5. We no longer provide you with products or services.

You can request us to delete your personal information by contacting us in the manner provided in Section IX of this privacy policy, and we will respond within 15 working days. When you remove information from our service, we may not remove the corresponding information from the backup system immediately, but will remove the information when the backup is updated.

(III) Withdraw your consent or authorization

You can withdraw your consent to the collection and use of your personal information by disenabling the device feature. For this product, you can disenable our right to collect your GPS location information through the setting function in the mobile phone.
Please understand that the completion of each business function requires some basic personal information (see section 1 of this privacy policy). When you withdraw your consent or authorization, we are unable to continue to provide you with the services corresponding to the consent or authorization you withdrawn, and the corresponding personal information will no longer be handled. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the handling of personal information previously based on your authorization.

VI. Personal information protection for minors

Minors need a guardian's consent and authorization when using App products (or services). Parents or guardians of minors are advised to read this privacy policy and minors are advised to seek parental or guardian consent and guidance before submitting personal information. If you are a guardian of a minor, you may contact us through the contact details in Section 9 of this privacy policy when you have any questions about the personal information of the minor you are monitoring.

VII. Scope of application of privacy policy

This privacy policy applies only to all App products and services. In particular, this privacy policy does not apply to the following:
